Registration and cancellation terms
Customized classes (private lessons, classes organized for groups, discovery and birthday classes) must be booked 72 hours in advance.
Full payment is due should the class be cancelled within 72hours of the scheduled class. Should the client postpone the class, 40% of the amount is due to cover deferral fees.
Scheduled classes (seasonally scheduled group classes and workshops) must be booked in advance. The full amount must be paid before the start of the course. Full payment is due should the class be cancelled by the client within 72hours of the scheduled class.
The client will be fully refunded should the organizer cancel the class.
We recommend that our clients purchase a cancellation insurance policy to cover any inconvenience.
